Terms and Conditions

1. Order and Contract Validity
Orders are subject to our written confirmation (email/SMS) and we reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory/pricing errors.

Product descriptions and images are for reference only. The actual functions are subject to the manual.

2. Price and Payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), including GST (specified tax rate), excluding shipping costs (unless otherwise specified).

Payment methods: UPI/Net Banking/Credit Card/Wallets (such as PayTM, PhonePe), etc. Payment must be completed within 24 hours.

3. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery time: usually 3-7 working days (metropolitan areas), may be delayed in remote areas.

Cash on delivery (COD): an additional 2% handling fee is required, and the maximum COD amount is ₹50,000 (adjusted according to platform policies).

The goods must be inspected on the spot when signing for them. If the goods are damaged or missing, you need to contact customer service within 48 hours and provide photo/video evidence.

4. Returns and refunds
Returns without reason: The Indian Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules 2020 apply. Unused goods can be returned within 7 days after signing for them (with intact packaging).

Quality issues: Free returns and exchanges within 15 days, and a test report from an authorized service center must be provided.

Not applicable for returns: customized products, software activation codes, headphones and other personal hygiene products.

Refunds will be returned to the original route within 5-10 working days.

5. Warranty policy
Provide 1-year manufacturer warranty (retain the invoice/order number).

Warranty coverage: limited to non-human damage (such as water ingress and damage are not covered).

6. Consumer responsibility
The products used must comply with Indian standards (such as BIS-certified electronic devices), and the accident caused by illegal modification shall be borne by the consumer.

7. Data Privacy
In compliance with the Indian Information Technology Act and the Personal Data Protection Act (if applicable), user data will only be used for order processing and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Dispute Resolution
Priority will be given to resolving disputes through negotiation. If negotiation fails, complaints can be made to the consumer forum where the buyer is located.

Legal Jurisdiction: Governed by Indian law, disputes will be submitted to the court where the seller is registered.

9. Other Terms
Customs and Import Taxes: If the product is shipped from abroad, the buyer is responsible for the customs duties (the estimated amount will be notified in advance).

Force Majeure: No liability is assumed for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, etc.

Special Notes for the Indian Market:

Mandatory labeling requirements: Ensure that the product is marked with MRP (maximum retail price), country of origin, and GST information.

Localization Support: Provide Hindi/English bilingual customer service (phone/WhatsApp).

Legal Update: Starting from 2023, India will have stricter refund time limits and transparency requirements for e-commerce platforms, and terms need to be reviewed regularly.
