1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to all of India (including major cities and remote areas*).

*Some remote areas (such as Andaman Islands, Ladakh, etc.) may incur additional delivery charges or delays.

Note:

Time is calculated from the time the order is confirmed (payment completed), and holidays, strikes or natural disasters may cause delays.

Metropolitan areas (such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore) are usually faster, and northeastern/rural areas may experience an additional delay of 1-3 days.

3. Order Tracking

After the order is shipped, you will receive a text message/email containing the logistics tracking number (such as Delhivery, DTDC, Amazon Shipping, etc.).

Real-time tracking through the official website order query page or the logistics company's official website.

4. Signature Notice

The goods must be inspected on the spot: if the outer packaging is damaged or the goods are missing, please refuse to accept and contact customer service immediately (provide photos/videos).

If no one signs for the goods, the logistics company will try to re-deliver 2 times, after which the order may be returned and the return fee will be deducted.

5. International delivery (if applicable)

Currently only supports delivery within India. For international orders, please contact us by jeevithdistributors@gmail.com.

6. Delivery restrictions

No delivery to special addresses such as military areas and prisons.

Battery products (such as power banks) must comply with the regulations of the Indian Civil Aviation Authority (DGCA).

To change the delivery address, please contact customer service before shipment. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified.
